Spacious Premium Level Rooms

I stayed in a Premium Level room, which was impressively spacious! The easy access to both the pool and beach made it a fantastic choice. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax, offering beautiful views over the pools. I loved the welcome fresh fruit amenity, which added a personal touch to my stay. The setup with double vanities in the bathroom made morning routines much easier!

Relaxing Spa Experience

I indulged in the spa services during my stay, and it was heavenly! The spa circuit was included with my Premium upgrade, and it provided an excellent way to unwind after a day at the beach. Great for Families

Although I traveled as an adult, I noticed that Barcelo Maya Beach is incredibly family-friendly. The resort offers a plethora of activities suited for children, ranging from mini golf to organized entertainment shows. The spacious grounds ensure that families can spend time together while also enjoying diverse options. I saw a lot of kids having fun throughout the resort, which made it a welcoming environment!

My family and I had an interesting stay at this resort. The beach was nice and private, and we were never scrambling for loungers. The facilities themselves were spacious, but several aspects needed improvement, particularly the check-in process and dining options, which were underwhelming. Overall, while we had a great time enjoying the activities, the management of certain services left much to be desired.
